How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $50.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is $500.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs and cats are allowed if spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and licensed. Each pet requires a non-refundable fee ($350 for dogs and $250 for cats) and pet rent ($50/month for dogs and $30/month for cats). We do not have any dog breed restrictions!

Is storage available?

Montgomery Place is across the street from All American Self Storage, which provides lots of convenient storage options. Visit their website.

What are your lease terms?

We are flexible for your situation, offering 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12 month lease lengths at no additional charge.

What utilities am I responsible for?

You will be responsible for electricity, water, natural gas, and internet. These will come to you in one monthly bill from our utility billing partner.

What are my options for paying rent?

Our tenant portal and app offer several convenient electronic methods for paying rent including EFT from your bank account, debit card, or credit card.

Is parking available on-site?

We have 10 designated surface parking spots in the back of the property available for a monthly rate of $100. There is also ample free street parking on Marshall Avenue as well.

How fast is the internet service?

We have fiber internet to each apartment with wifi. The standard service level is 500Mbps but can be upgraded to 1Gbps.
